1. Who we are
PeakSearch Digital LLC (“we”, “us”) is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its office at 1402 Sugarland Dr Ste 106, Sheridan, WY 82801. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For anything related to your data, email help@peaksearchdigital.com.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you and to do the work you ask for.
Details you give us in the free audit form or by email: your name, work email, website, monthly ad spend band, your goal, an optional WhatsApp number and anything you write in the message field.
Booking details when you schedule a call through the calendar on this site.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp, including your phone number.
Client account data when you become a client: access to your Google Ads account through manager access, your Merchant Center, CRM records needed for conversion tracking, and billing details needed to invoice you.
Website usage data collected by analytics and advertising tags, only after you give consent through the cookie banner.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
To prepare and send your free audit and to reply to your enquiry (steps taken at your request before a contract).
To deliver Google Ads management, invoice you and report to you (performance of a contract).
To measure how this website is used and to run our own advertising (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookie settings in the footer).
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers. Each one processes data only on our instructions.
Framer B.V.: website hosting and form submissions.
Google LLC: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (with consent), Google Workspace for email, and the Google Ads platform itself when we manage your account.
Cal.com, Inc.: call scheduling.
Meta Platforms (WhatsApp): messages you send to our WhatsApp number.
[Owner: confirm the CRM, invoicing and payment providers used at launch and list them here.]
Some of these providers are in the United States. Where data about visitors from the EU, UK or Switzerland is transferred, the provider relies on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent approved mechanism.
5. How long we keep it
Audit and enquiry submissions: 24 months after the last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client.
Client records, invoices and contracts: for the length of the agreement and then as long as US tax and accounting law requires, currently seven years.
Analytics data: according to the retention setting in Google Analytics, 14 months.
WhatsApp messages: for as long as the conversation is useful to serve you, and deleted on request.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws also have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email help@peaksearchdigital.com or use the request form on the Your Privacy Choices page. We reply within 30 days, and we will never treat you differently for exercising a right.
7. Cookies and consent
This site uses a consent banner. Analytics and advertising tags do not load until you agree, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. Full details are in the Cookie Policy.
8. Security
Data is stored with providers that use encryption in transit and at rest. Access to client accounts is limited to the founder, protected with two-factor authentication, and removed within five business days when an engagement ends.
9. Children
This website and our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
10. Data Processing Agreement
Clients in the EU, UK or Switzerland, or clients who need one for their own compliance, can request a Data Processing Agreement by emailing help@peaksearchdigital.com.
11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we update the date at the top and, for clients, tell you by email. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
